Red Sangria [Bahalina 1521] takes its name and colour from coconut red wine or Bahalina. It is a palm wine traditionally made from nipa palm sap or fermented coconut. It is derived from tub (palm toddy) that has been aged for several months to even several years. Bahalina has been around since pre-colonial times.
